keepin' on...

In between 52 piano students, 5 cute kids and a husband, and 100 Primary kids (and teachers!!) to take care of, my classwork is still going strong. After 3 chapters, 2 tests and 2 primary analysis papers, I am sitting solidly at a "B" in my History of Civ class. What have I learned the most so far? That there is A LOT of stuff that I don't know!!!

I love little Taylor

We've found a new sure fire way to make Taylor happy. Fill the kitchen sink up with some nice warm water, add a few bubbles, give him a cup and he'll be your best friend (and as an added bonus, after he's done splashing everywhere, the floor is so stinkin' wet that I get to mop!!!) I love my baby!!!

Who can say this...

...that their exercise instructors are their friends? I certainly can!!! These 2 ladies have made such an impact on me. They are so dedicated every morning, so very thoughtful (they threw me and Taylor (my 5th baby!) a beautiful baby shower), and are just amazing to me. It's been a fantastic 5 years---let's keep going!

WELCOME HOME TAURUS...WELCOME HOME!!!

We found our new (used) car and think it'll be a good addition to the family. It's a Ford Taurus without a lot of miles on it. We think all of the insurance stuff is behind us--the other guys accepted full liability--and we just hope that it's all a done deal. Oh yeah, the other picture on this post is my cute little Alex ready for his first region dance. (He didn't want a post dedicated EXCLUSIVELY to that...) I did tell him to expect me in the back corners of the church taking pictures which was met with a BIG NO!!! Hmmm..

R.I.P. little Honey...

Hyundai "Honey" Larsen left this life on the morning of September 13, 2008 at 6:51 am. She gave her life to save her true and faithful companion of four years, Steve Larsen. She threw herself selflessly in the way of a sleeping Town and Country SUV, thereby giving the ultimate sacrifice and moving on to the great scrap heap in the sky. She was preceded in death by "Bluey" Festiva, "Sommer" Somerset, and Millie "Van"-illi. In lieu of flowers just send cash, large bills please. what do these 3 things have in common....root canals, monday mornings and insurance agents...give up? these are 3 of the things i hate MOST in the world and they all came to fruition today. what a long day! i am actually thankful for all three (in hindsight) because after they're all done with, things are much better. does this post even make sense? too much lortab (sp?) today?!?!?
